As we do every year, we've taken what's been a proven success, evaluated hundreds of new ideas (from my book research, our tour guides, and tour members), and then fine-tuned each itinerary to bring you even more travel thrills per mile, minute and dollar.

We also have a happy tradition of launching a few all-new itineraries every year — and 2010 is no exception...

The Best of Prague & Budapest in 8 Days combines two delightfully different cities, creating a lively, perspective-broadening getaway.

The Best of Bulgaria in 12 Days is a true Back Door travel experience — just a stone's throw from Istanbul, home of our newest week-long city getaway.

And we've gently removed the Heart of Portugal in 12 Days from Spain, giving us the freedom to create the Best of Spain with Morocco in 16 Days, which includes two nights in exotic Tangier.  

The new tours we introduced in 2009 — Villages & Vineyards of France in 13 Days, the Best of St. Petersburg, Tallinn & Helsinki in 9 Days, the Heart of Belgium & Holland in 11 Days, and Village Turkey in 11 Days — have all gotten off to a rousing start, and feature a wider range of departure dates for 2010.
