Favorite tour memories from a recent alum:"I loved all of the special things that we wouldn't have been able to experience on our own. Watching the dog hunt truffles and then having dinner at the family farm, the olive oil experience with the discussion of 'slow foods' followed by a wonderful lunch, the wine tasting and tour of the amazing winery, the pottery demonstration, and the exciting trip up the mountain to see the Carrara marble quarries. Every day was a treat filled with interesting sites, great food, and wonderful wines." — Marcia in Port Orange, FL
