Favorite tour memories from a recent alum:"From the medieval farm/hotel at Elvesaeter, Norway, we headed over the even higher pass which was resplendent in the sun and offered magnificent views as far as the eye could see, from snowy peaks to a stately glacier, from melting blue ice to rock cairns piled up by trekkers eager to leave a mark in this place of beauty. It all came together for me and I could understand how Vigeland could sculpt, Grieg could compose and Ibsen could write. What I couldn't understand was how my forebears were able to leave this beautiful country knowing they might never return." — Donna in Rio Rancho, NM
